8. Problem: Total memory displayed on the player is not in accordance with the marked amount.
Possible Cause: Part of memory is used to store programs and display characters.

9. Problem: Some of MP3 files cannot be played properly.
Possible Cause: The MP3 file is compressed by a standard, such as MPEG I Layer 1 or Layer 2 that the player does not support.
Answer:
1.Delete the unsupported MP3 files.
2.Use MPEG I Layer 3 standard to compress the unsupported MP3 files.

HD Media Player

1. Problem: The power indicator light? is not on.
Possible Cause:
1. Power supply is unconnected.
Solution:
1. Connect with power supply.

2. Problem: No display.
Possible Cause:
1. Video transmission cables are not well connected .
2. The HDD media player output mode and TV input mode are not matched.
Solution:
1. Make sure the transmission cable is good.
2. Operate the remote control to switch both modes into same one.

3. Problem:Video inaffluent
Possible Cause:
1. Check if the video file is completed.
2. Check if the format is supported by the player.
Solution:
1. Make sure the files are not damaged.
2. Make sure the file formats are the supported formats of the player.


4. Problem:Remote control is not working
Possible Cause:
1. The remote control is not aimed correctly.
2. It is too far away from the remote control.
3. The battery of remote control is used up.
Solution:
1. Make sure remote control point to signal reception window.
2. The maximum valid distance is 5 meters.
3. Change the battery with same size.

5. Problem: Network connecting is not normal.
Possible Cause:
1. Network cable is not connected properly .
Solution:
1.Correct the connecting of network cable.
